Surprisingly, the Senate bill includes a tax on cosmetic surgery expected to raise $5 billion within the next 10 years.  Some presume the majority of the money will be raised by Nancy’s botox, thereby offsetting the betrayal of her constituents.

The bill levies a 5 percent tax on elective cosmetic surgery. The provision raises $5 billion and was needed to make the numbers work, according to a Democratic Senate aide.  Politico
